#### Everything was amazing!
The pictures did not do this adorable place justice. It was perfect for my family of 4. Kye was very friendly and came to meet us. He gave us the tour of how everything worked and made it fun for our teenagers. I loved that it has two twin beds in the second room giving the teenagers a little more space. The place was so cozy with plenty of space for games and conversation. The area in the front and back was so nice to hangout. It had everything you needed for cook meals, going to the beach, and just feel like it was your home. It is so close to the beach, Main Street, and the grocery store. We walked everywhere. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to go back.

had a great stay at starfish bungalow. just steps from the beach and had everything we needed. the host, kye, met up with us for check in and walked us through everything, and both him and elena were quick to respond during any communication! would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Starfish Cottage was perfect for me. It gave me a 'home' away from home so my family could visit Grandmom during my six weeks stay. Elena and Kye were the perfect hosts. They were welcoming yet not overbearing; they were always available to take my text or phone call; and they paid attention to detail whether it was taking care of Starfish Cottage, helping me navigate details of the rental process, or getting around Seal Beach.For all of that, I gave them an additional star........ making my rating 6 stars out of 5. I had back house,The Starfish Cottage, and my girlfriend had front house,The Starfish Bungalow. It was a perfect way to spend time together but also have our own retreats. She could have her guests visit and I could have mine with plenty of space because of having use of both patios. It really was ideal. Hosts keep both places spotless and are very attentive to any needs.

We visited in July 2024 for a last minute 4 day beach trip. We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Very well appointed with a variety of kitchen items and tons of linens, pillows and towels. Owners were very receptive and had outstanding communication with us the entire time. Location is about a block and a half from the beach. The property is clean and well-looked after. Keep in mind the washer and dryer are coin operated and not free so bring a roll of quarters for your stay - each load will run you $2. Also, the property does not have A/C which was not a draw back for our stay but something to be aware of. Thanks Kye & Elena for the great stay!!

The pictures are accurate as cottage was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed and beautifully decorated. We loved hanging out on the front porch and the back patio! It is a block from the ocean and a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Hosts were very helpful. We will definitely be back!
