"Today is April 21, 2024. The property (including the grounds) is well maintained and clean. It's rural, so during sleeping hours it's pretty quiet--though there was a train around 0445 on Saturday. I don't know if I would have heard it if I wasn't already awake, though it's certainly not "off in the distance". (look at a map) I didn't hear one on Friday between midnight and 0800. "What a beautiful home this is. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor but the owner allowed us to have a look at all the other rooms which were beautiful. Our apartment was very spacious with all amenities for self catering including washer and dryer. The bed was very comfortable and lounge area also good. Constance the owner was really nice and made a great breakfast for us. Definitely recommend this place to stay. A bus can be caught right across the road to take you down to...

"Walkable to so much we wanted to do. Always had easy parking out front. Quiet residential area and the hosts were friendly and personable. The Marigny is a great neighborhood and you can easily walk to Frenchman Street, the French Quarter, and many other things. We easily found restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. "
