Nos merveilleux cottages à Elm Grove

« Hôtel situé au bord de l’autoroute dans la zone industrielle. La réceptionniste n’est pas aimable, l’hôtel est sombre, la moquette des couloirs est très sale, les lits ( doubles ?) sont petits. L’environnement est très bruyant ( Klaxons des camions dès 6:00 du matin ! »

« The rooms were very old. Not kept up at all one room had a bug crawling on the bed. The other room had a dirty hand print on the wall the carpet was sticky and had to throw away the socks I was wearing. Called another hotel and left after being there for only 20 minutes. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel credited my credit card for one night but I still had to pay for the other night. I should have been credited both nights because we were only there for 20 minutes. »
