« I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, there were flies inside, and there was water on the floor when I arrived. I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke the entire time. The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable. I expected a much better experience and would not recommend staying here unless these issues are addressed. »

« Hotel bien entretenu, chambre propres. Personnel a la réception compétent. Petit déjeuner copieux mais par contre je regrette l'absence de thé. Il n'y en avait pas non plus dans les chambres. »

« La habitación que nos dieron no servían los seguros, pedí que me las cambiarán y el joven del escritorio se negaba decía que no importaba que el hotel era seguro y que había seguridad en la noche en el hotel. Pero como me iba a quedar en un cuarto que no le funcionan los seguros ? Y que además tenía huellas de que habían forzado la puerta para abrirla . « Bathroom fixtures falling off wall. Dirty floors. Curtains and shades filthy and hanging by a thread. Phone is useless. Can’t reach anyone. Towels worn out. Water for shower tepid at best. Beware. Bathtub extremely slippery. My sister fell. Got hurt. Sliver of a bath soap. Won’t stay here again. Paid for extra day but didn’t stay. Just couldn’t. Went home. Kid in office useless. »
