They were working without a light while repairs were being made and they were still cheerful and professional (no name tags or I'd mention them). This property has only been open a week or two, and the kinks are definitely still being worked out - no trashcans in the living area, no "do not disturb" hangers, an exit sign hanging off the wall etc. It was a big bummer the pool wasn't open, the kids would have loved to have gone swimming.
