« We were very pleased with this property. The room was spacious and clean. We LOVED the bathroom. Two sinks, bathtub and shower with separate toilet room. We reserved a king room with sofa, but we wound up with a little booth and one chair. Would have rather had the sofa. They were very busy. »

« Nous nous sommes arrêtés à Lake Charles pour faire une étape entre New Orleans et Houston et aussi pour visiter un Bayou pas très loin. L’hôtel offre pas mal de possibilités seul bémol, très difficile d’y manger le soir après 20h sans réservation et les restaurants ferment tôt vers 22h. »

« Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room and facilities were clean. Bed was comfortable. No place to plug in electronic devices or set them, medications, water, etc. on the wall side of each bed (double queen room). Hand towel bar in bathroom loose, wall beside shower damaged from shower overspray, and no hangers for bath towels. Nothing serious, just inconvenient and slightly unsightly. Would stay again despite these things. »

« Bien placé sur notre route, proche de restau, parking facile mais pas rassurant. Très mauvais accueil. Je pense que la dame était toute seule (nous l’avons vue le soir et le matin), cela peut peut-être expliquer son humeur ou sa peur... en tous cas l’enregistrement a été très désagréable et long. Je lui ai confié mon passeport, à la bonne page, lui expliquant qu’il est français : elle a défilé les pages et dit « votre visa n’est plus valable », en me montrant une vieille page de l’un de mes...

"La chambre était négligée. Une senteur d’humidité régnait dans la chambre. Le miroir de la salle de bain était tout bariolé et un verre thermos y traînait. C’est la première fois dans cet établissement et je reviendrai pas. Oups j’oubliais mon mari s’est présenté au comptoir pour y chercher une couverture, au lieu de lui remettre elle a répondu à 4 nouveaux clients. Mon mari a quitté la réception après 20 minute d’attente sans avoir reçu la couverture. 😡😡😡"
