We stayed for New Year’s celebration. Stayed here due to location near the casinos. We were very impressed with the hotel and will probably stay here anytime we’re in Lake Charles

Best hotel experience in Lake Charles!

Absolutely the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed in Lake Charles! Loved it. Very CLEAN, very friendly concierge and hotel staff. Hot breakfast. The non-smoking rooms didn’t smell like smoke, as so many do! Most definitely staying there again!

We stopped just for the night. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had no set time to wake up however we are early risers (3-4am) we actually slept until 6 am. The bed was comfy! While checking in the computers were down so it took a little longer than expected but staff was patient with everyone and did a great job taking care of everything

In town for Larry the Cable Guy show

Hotel was very clean. Even the elevator smelled clean haha. Rooms were very clean. Had minor issue with the foot bench in the shower being unstable but nothing major. Bed was extremely comfortable and could not hear any traffic or neighbors or hallway noise. Very good stay!

Excellent Off Casino Property in Lake Charles!!!

Went here for a stay during the Christmas/New Years holidays to spend some time at the casino with my wife. We wanted to stay off of the casino properties to save a little money. This place was excellent, clean, comfortable, and spacious and it did not dissappoint. Very quite and very little disruption. The hotel was as advertised and we had everything we needed. We forgot toothpaste, and they even had complimentary toothpaste available at the front desk. I woudl easily stay here again without hesitation.

one day stop in Lake Charles

the receptionist that greeted us that night was super friendly which is helpful anytime but especially when you come in very late and you're very tired. The room was clean and updated. The bathroom was updated as well. I would stay here again, the proximity to businesses, the casinos and highway were all ideal. Only thing I didn't like was how tight the parking lot was and the back of the hotel should be more lit.
