"Extremely clean and nice. Very large room very large bed, very large bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, bagels and cream cheese. I hurt myself with food and coffee. The customer service was exceptional. The staff was helpful, I left my wallet in the room and Ms. Priya went back to the room and found it and called me. She was amazing for that, I left a message for her manager as well. Expedia has been an amazing website, I stayed in some pretty nasty places this week so beware but this one isn't it. I had to leave early and Expedia gave me a refund with no hassles. I'm still fighting with Travelocity over a cancellation that was completely within their advertised policy and they never contacted the hotel to let them know so the room would've been unavailable if I didn't do it. Thank you Expedia, and a bigger thank you to Ms. Priya!"

"No issues at all. Clean with polite staff and basically what you would expect in a Louisiana casino experience. This is not the strip in Vegas and petrochem is king in Lake Charles so factor that into the clientele and surroundings but I’ve stayed twice and would do again as it is convenient to Houston. Amazing steak at Gordon Ramsay’s and don’t miss Steamboat Bill’s over the bridge for poboys. "
