Need it a rest on a road trip and all nice hotels were booked so I had to look for other options. The hotel is located in a historical neighborhood very close to the street shopping. Safe area and the hotel room was very clean and smell clean. The furniture seemed new. Very safe location to travel with family or by yourself. The only thing is that breakfast is NOT provided eventhough it says so when you are booking. While checking out just before 11am it was nice to have complimentary coffee since the room price includes a continental breakfast but, apparently, not after 10am. Approximately 8 hours after check out, the realization that an item had been left behind generated a phone call. The manager seemed quite ambivalent stating that the item had likely been recycled. What?!?! That response was not only shocking, it is also unacceptable.
