"The hotel was amazing, very close to everything. You just need to be mindful of the sidewalks close to the hotel at night and even in the afternoons."

"The staff was super friendly and amazing. Very accommodating and quick to reply when we needed a second luggage rack in the room. It took less than 5 minutes for them to bring it to the 21st floor. The rooftop bar was awesome it became our nightly nightcap spot with beautiful views! The only small thing was the "farmhouse" doorsto the bathroom were clumsy and didn't quite close securely. (Not a big deal) Will definitely stay here next time I visit the city!!!"

"Check in went seamless as the staff was super friendly. The location is great for walking around and shopping, with easy access to multiple metro and bus stations, with two train stations within walking distance. The breakfast is okay, a few options that are refilled quite fast, not great not terrible, the paper and plastic cutlery take away the joy of the food though, the last hour the breakfast place is super busy but there's a lot of space to accommodate the guests as well. Rooms are okay, not that small, not that big , but clean and has good amenities."

"Great location just a couple blocks from Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, and Hudson Yards. Excellent view from the 23rd floor. Room was nice, beds were comfortable, shower was amazing! Looking forward to a return visit!"
