"The rooms were a bit small, but overall, the stay was good, and the location was nice and convenient. However, there were a few issues that could have been handled better. When I went looking for ice, the front desk told me there was an ice machine on every floor. However, when I went to the designated area, there was no ice machine at all. I was then told to go to the bar to get a small bag of ice, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the line to store luggage was extremely long, and I had to wait almost an hour and a half right in front of the entrance. This caused a lot of crowding and created a blockage for guests trying to enter the hotel, as people coming in had to navigate around those waiting to store their luggage. Better organization and a more efficient luggage storage process would have made the experience much better."

"Restaurants and bar are all connected to the lobby. Centrally located to theaters, Times Square,etc. Everyone was delightful and helpful. The $42 charge was well worth it. Next time I will take advantage of the walking tours. My friends and I had a great getaway."

"Decently maintained. Ultimately I was uncomfortable due to the temperature in my room. I’m not sure if it’s a New York thing for the air conditioning not to work appropriately bc it did not feel like 73 degrees F in my room. I woke up sweating one of the nights. It was great to be home and pump the air in the comfort of my own home."
