Excellent Location!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and the welcome treats were a nice surprise.The backyard was perfect for the pups. I was traveling with 2 teenagers and they loved having their own rooms and especially loved the hot tub! The location is excellent! Very close to Main Street, but tucked in enough to not hear road noise. We loved it and would definitely book it again!

Great location and roomy home

Very clean and well maintained home. Enjoyed the welcome basket. Able to walk downtown easily but the hill is steep on the way back. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of towels were available. Dog friendly and the fenced yard was helpful.

Great place for a long family weekend

Location is easy walking distance to downtown Estes park. House is well stocked w/ comfortable furniture and enough utensils/pans in kitchen to actually cook full meals. Great VRBO stay compared to the average.

Family getaway

Last time in Estes we stayed in a cabin outside of town, which was great, but it was nice to be able to explore downtown without having to fight for parking. Being just 2 blocks from downtown Estes was a great experience for us.

Great location, homey stay

We loved this place - the location is perfect: easy walk to downtown, 5 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, close to restaurants, shops, hikes. The home has so many sweet and adorable details - movies, games, "swan towels" and more. Super comfy beds, big TV, lots of room everywhere, huge kitchen. Next time we return to Estes, we'll stay again!

Great house close to downtown Estes Park

The house is perfect for a group wanting to stay close to downtown Estes Park. Large kitchen and living room area and the walk to downtown was only 3 blocks. Would stay here again.

Great house in perfect location

Great 3 bedroom house, nicely decorated with all the supplies needed to enjoy your stay! Located close to downtown so you can walk, which is great since parking downtown is challanging!

Nice Place and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, well equipped, and very close to the downtown Estes Park and quick access to RMNP. The beds were comfortable and all rooms were ample size for our needs. Most everything was in working order (tub faucet leaked and some of the windows wouldn't open.) We would not hesitate to return.

Amazing location

The location couldn’t have been better! We were close to the downtown area, and centrally located to get to the Stanley & RMNP. Seeing and hearing Elk roaming through the neighborhood hood was an added bonus!

Great stay, power went out in town but fine.

The kids and i had a good time even though the power went out in the city for 5 hours. Otherwise love the location and closeness to downtown.

Great Property and Location

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great and close proximity to the venue and downtown Estes Park. Cutely decorated and clean, the space worked great for our family. The location was convenient and made avoiding most of the traffic possible. A++

Location, Location, Location

This is a great property with the perfect location to enjoy downtown Estes and the Rocky Mountain Nation Park. Equipped beyond expectation. The only negatives about the property was that the heating and air conditioning did not work in the living room and two of the beds measured out to be full size although advertised as queen. We would stay here again!

RMNP Estes

Location was convenient to Estes. Property was very reasonable for the price. Check-in easy. The TV remotes and channels were a little confusing and the picture was not that great but we did not watch that much anyway. Just the Wisconsin - Ohio game. Spent most of our time in RMNP because the weather was great.

Great spot!

This was a beautiful place that was close to everything and just right for the 3 of us! Great views, walk to downtown and only a couple miles from RMNP! The only qualm I had was with Internet as this was, unfortunately, a trip through which I had to work. I was told the Internet was strong and consistent but it kept dropping my signal all day and ran slow when it was working. The moral of thr story: stay here to enjoy the beauty of Estes Park when you can leave work behind!!

Excellent location, could be better set up

First off location is amazing. Walk to town, easy to get to. Overall the house is as listed and property manager is easy to deal with and very responsive. It was clean, had all linens we needed. The not so greats...there is little to no counter space to make dinners. We had to put the cutting board on the stove for extra space, not super safe. The backyard, while fenced, is only accessible from the yard, so still need to leash dog to get there. The master bed only had one nightstand, meaning all my stuff was on the floor. There's no fan in master bath or window we could open. There was also a broken window in the front and several others had seal leaks so weren't clear. No drapes, so blinds were good but rooms remained very bright (hard for our kiddo to sleep in a dark room). For what we paid I feel like several of those things should be remediated.

Cozy house in a perfect location

The property was everything we hoped it would be! Located close to everything we wanted to do. The walk to town was short but plan for the hill coming back. The house accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Highly recommend!tact.
