« My adult children, spouses, and grandkids ranging in age from 7 months to 20 all had an absolutely wonderful time hanging out in this spacioius house, swimming and hot tubbing, playing pool, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. Two in our family even braved the river for a cold dunk before suana. The hosts were wonderfully responsive and helpful. Everyone had a blast. Highly recommend. »

« Totally awesome! Giving this property and the hosts five stars simply is not enough. The tree house is immaculate and gorgeous. The hosts are extremely accommodating and go above and beyond with small details to insure their guests have a wonderful experience. We had so much fun and were able to relax and enjoy the treehouse and all it had to offer. This is one stay where you won't be disappointed. We look forward to returning in the future. »

« Owner was accommodating. Place was clean and nice for the price. The entrance was a little off putting but once you get past that, it was good to go. There is a bar downstairs that plays music into the night and morning but we slept through it. The A/C is very smart so we struggled to keep the temperature comfortable through the night. « The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house! »

« Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy...

« My husband, daughter and I were heading to Sylvan Beach for a surprise birthday party for his grandma and needed a place to stay. This place was perfect. We had a five month old, the place was super clean. It was shockingly warm so we were able to walk to the Pancake House for breakfast and the beach to look at the lake. The hosts was very nice and property manager. If we need to come back for a family visit we will stay there or talk everyone into renting the bigger property. »

« We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave. »
