Sooo, I reserved 2 queens, got 2 dbls. System was down, and they insisted on coping my credit card, and I was like no way! well we need a card on file for insedentales. . Fine let me know when you can enter it, but my credit card is not getting photo copied. MANY things broke in room also. It was clean, but the staff troubles, I dont recomend this hotel at all.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past and it has changed ownership. Was extremely disappointed & will not be going back. The service is lacking. Staff does not go out of their way to be helpful. Having to ask for towels and be told they’re in the wash & asked to come back, no cups at breakfast time for coffee and tea…bathtub backing up when taking a shower and left with hair in the tub. When asked if someone could look at it, the response was, “well I’ll have to put in a work order”…we stayed two days and by the end of the second day, we couldn’t wait to leave. Very disappointed.

The hotel was out of the way and our room was available right at 3:00. The breakfast was terrible-no good options to choose from and the employee working the breakfast area was also checking people out and calling Ubers for people.

Do not stay here. Full service price for low budget services. No room cleaning unless you ask for it. Want clean towels go to front desk and you can get them if someone not outside smoking. No maintenance staff to fix.change out non working TV. NOISY. Pepsi bottling plant to the north. Camping World to the south. Not a standard Comfort Suites/

There were a bunch of hair pins and clips as well a few pieces of hair bands all over the floor. Looks like no one ever have touched the floor after previous stay?
