"I was impressed with the room for the age of the building. It was clean, updated and spacious. Very comfortable bed and super quiet. Close to restaurants and airport. The property is showing its age but the room was well worth the price. I'd definitely stay there again."

"This struck us as being a freshly renovated hotel. The rooms were very nice. We used the pool once, and had it all to ourselves ...it was clean and a very nice space. We ate breakfast in the restaurant one morning of our stay, and it was a great meal. Staff at the front desk were young, but seemed capable. The restaurant staff were capable and appropriately attentive. We recommend Hotel 11, Calgary Airport."

"The property was very conveniently located to the airport, clean, quiet and frankly had one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in a hotel. What is stopping me from giving it a full 5 star rating is that we had to wait 45 minutes to get checked in. I reserved the hotel from the airport after finding out our original flight was cancelled and we would need to stay the night in Calgary. We had to scramble fast and rent a car and reserve a hotel which I was able to do inexpensively and quickly thanks to Expedia. We rented the car and drove straight to the hotel only a few minutes away but then had to wait almost three quarters of an hour because although they could see that I had a reservation code from Expedia, plus I showed them my confirmation email, there system didn’t register it so we had to wait. Seriously??? 10-15 minutes would have seem reasonable I guess but almost 45 was not. We sat and watched guest after guest check in before they finally checked us in. My only other minor complaint is that the breakfast is dine in only. My husband and I had an early flight so thought we’d grab a quick bfast and head to the airport. We ended up having extra time which was great and the bfast was delicious but if we didn’t have that extra time we would have paid for a bfast we couldn’t have used. This is a fine policy but you should be told at time of check in and we weren’t. Another couple hoping to grab and go also wasn’t aware and had to leave without food."
