Very impressed with this hotel! My husband and I travel often and this is the best Best Western we have ever stayed at, in fact it’s one of the best non-high end hotels that we have stayed in! Great friendly staff! Very clean hotel throughout with lovely furnishings! Lovely dining room that serves breakfast and dinner! We loved our large 2 queen bed studio with the large kitchenette! Large very clean bathroom! The bed linen was amongst the cleanest, new looking we have ever seen! It looked like it had been ironed and folded before being put on our beds! No bad room odors! So happy that I made the choice to stay here! The nightly rate was reasonable! The area that the hotel is located in is also very nice! Would definitely stay here again!

No complaints, however found it very unusual that there was a $20 charge for room service delivery. We were on the main floor, 20'0 from the restaurant, you could see the room door.

Was charged despite having all flights cancelled during the tech outage on Friday. This made it impossible to get to Calgary from Toronto. Expedia called on my behal Friday as soon as this occurred, but was advised they needed to escalate to management. No response received. I opted to pay at the hotel, and not only did they charge me for the cancellation but another no show fee equaling over $500 in charges for a reservation I had no ability to make given no flights to Calgary were able to leave. Terrible service, and poor follow up.

The room is clean. There’s a whole kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, utensils, pots…very convenient to store or cook foods. I really like this hotel. They also have complimentary shuttle to airport. I’ll stay at this hotel again when I come to Calgary.

The hotel is close to the airport and not in a busy area of the city. There are a few plazas nearby for food and grocery. The hotel rooms dont seem to be very sound proof and it was very loud for us. People partying in their rooms and the hallways. Must have been a wedding or something going on. 1 star for quietness. The beds are comfortable. Average hotel.
