"Our experience with this property was unacceptable from the start. When we arrived, the host had lost our reservation—we had to call them just to gain access. Once inside, we found the house in a filthy and unsafe state. A full bag of garbage sat on the kitchen floor, a dirty mattress leaned against the house, and a bottle full of cigarette butts was outside.
The cleaner admitted, “Oh, I forgot to clean,” swapped out some sheets, and left. But the space remained unsanitary—greasy dishes, dusty...

Loved the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel and amenities"
"The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery.
Location was great
Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond
There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided.
I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided.
This is my only criticism "

"Good spot for weekend at the O2 or Excel if you have come to London by car, had a concert and was probably no more 20 minutes each way to the O2. Secured parking that is accessible by the front desk. About 5 minutes walk to the DLR which in turn will mean you are a matter of minutes to the Excel centre or on to Canning Town for the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich and the O2. Front desk very helpful with any issues or questions. Walls are thin as others mention and you do hear a lot of commotion. "
