Staff are very friendly, helped us sort out bus and train schedules and fastest route to get into London. There is a Lidl grocery store across the street, fresh pastries every morning made for fast easy breakfast if you don’t want to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. Shopping Center with Starbucks and McDonald’s is about a 5 minute, bus stops are within a 2 minute walk. We are a family of 4, visiting London for the first time so wasn’t sure how far away, but it is about 30 minute service to London Bridge Station from Bexley or Abbywood station.

We have always stayed with Delta Hotel in Bexleyheath. Fantastic establishment clean smell fantastic when you enter the hotel. Staff are always polite and courteous. Rooms are spacious, clean and smell nice. Love this place.

Beautiful and comfortable room, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, great place to stay for a few days. Breakfast was great, and bar staff were happy to help. Photos were a little misleading though - the pool is no longer available to access. There is a 24hr gym though if you're looking to burn a few calories - I don't believe this had any extra fee to access, either. Overall, great stay, super happy with my time here.

Sink was blocked and had a slow drain. Informed staff, but no maintenance was available over weekend. They did offer to change room. Room had a moldy smell. A/C was not adequate in cooling room sufficiently, it was end of July 2026 in London, the temperatures were high. Car park onsite was excellent, although pricey. Staff were friendly. Gym was small and also had a moldy smell.

great stay, really nice staff and great for easy travel, only downside was some nice roads (expected anyway) and then the heating we couldn’t figure out and it was very chilly but didn’t get a chance to ask front desk for help.
