Fantastic welcome and service. Lovely clean, comfortable room. Pub downstairs very nice and the pizza was great. I was attending an event at the O2 which was a 10 min bus ride away or it’s walkable in about 30 mins. Only thing to be aware of is that the rooms are accessed via a gate and metal stairs around the side of the building which may not be to some people’s liking. This is a room that is part of and upstairs to a pub. It was clean and comfortable, though small. The friday night had a DJ downstairs and so it was not quiet. There was also a raging row with doors being slammed by other guests, and no staff around to sort it out. Saturday night was better - though I had to unplug the water fridge in the hall because it sounded like a train. Only stayed for one night and didn’t spend much time here but from the time we did spend I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
