"Our room was clean and well kept. AC worked great and was very convenient for our stay. Room faced the Main Street and was very noisy. Staff was very helpful but the only drawback was the street noise that continued well into the night. "

"The room was clean and somewhat comfortable. The downside was that it overlooks a very busy main road in Mazatlán, so there was loud Mexican polka music until almost midnight, and still loud noise after that. I’m a light sleeper. My kids slept ok, but for me, I had to use ear plugs, inside of noise canceling headphones, buried in my own down pillow, to get quiet enough to sleep. Aside from that, the front desk guy was helpful and parking was gated at night. "

"Although I only stayed one night the Tramonto was a great relaxing hotel/condo. Would not change a lot and probably could stay a month in this hotel. The centre unit has a big balcony facing the ocean. Great pool are with an excellent view of the sunset. Probably would be a good idea to put a coffee maker in the unit. Overall would highly recommend this property."

"This hotel is in the perfect location at Centro Historico walking distance to all the main attractions. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, very clean looks brand new. Very safe to walk around even at night. Just 1 min walk you can enjoy great restaurants and live music at Plaza Machado every night. You must try Gaia restaurant the food is delicious. To the Malecon where you can enjoy wonderful Playa Olas Altas beach just about 5 mins walk. Everything is wonderful about this hotel I highly...

"El hotel tiene buena ubicación, le falta área d playa , no hay donde sentarse, playa muy sucia … no limpian, área común de alberca es pequeña, los cuartos bien muy amplios, solo faltan más espejos y sillas en balcones, no tienen mucha opción de comidas "

"The friendly staff is managed by the English-speaking morning desk attendant, who thoughtfully put this "old guy" into a ground floor room. He also obtained a cab to the airport for me at the end of my stay. I've stayed here twice, so I can attest the rooms are clean and everything in them (TV, toilet & sink spigots, overhead fan, AC/de-humidifier/ventilator & hot water shower) work just fine.
