Petit désagrément, nous avons trouvé une debarbouillette sale qui avait été utilisé. Nous avains demandé une chaise de douche pour handicapé mais malheureusement elle était défectueuse, ce qui est plus dangereux qu'une chaise de plastique ordinaire.Et le souper buffet n'etait vraiment pas à la hauteur du prix. »

« tout est excellent pour un voyage touristique. les installations sont superbes pour le prix payé tres propre mais pas récent. les meubles datent un peu mais bien entretenus. le problème est l internet, l acces internet a la chambre pourris je dois aller sur le balcon interne commun pour acceder a celui ci.service au chambre et personnel hors pair. tres recommandable »

« J’avais demandé un balcon mais je n’en avais pas! Ils ont accepté de nous changer chambre pour une avec balcon mais dans une sorte de tour! Nous devions monter 2 etages a pied! La chambre etait defraichie, un des lits etait mou, c’est vieux et laissé un peu a l’abandon! Mais la vue du balcon etait super belle! Tres bruyant le soir et la nuit! La piscine etait chaude et bonne! Pour Mazatlan c’etait pas chère donc on peux pas trop en demander ! »
