For Rent – North Yountville (“NOYO”). We are offering a charming home, located in the heart of the Napa Valley and completely remodeled c. 2016 with a blend of contemporary and traditional design elements. The home offers 3 BR’s (including a King bed master suite), 1 additional bedroom currently set up as a home office alongside a daybed, and 3 full bathrooms along with two living areas (one living room and one den) + a farmhouse dining table accommodating six. The Chef’s kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas range and full kitchenwares to host inside or out. In addition, enjoy California indoor/outdoor living with an ample backyard accessed via French doors with top of the line outside patio and dining furniture, high-end direct gas (not propane) BBQ grill and a new six-person hot tub! The front yard was re-landscaped in late 2022. Comes equipped with satellite TV, broadband wireless internet, working gas fireplace, Nest, Ring and a professionally managed 24/7 security service. Town regulations require a minimum 30 day stay and we are open to longer-term renters. Pets negotiable.

The home is located mere minutes from Yountville’s best dining and wine tasting options. You can drop your bags, head outdoors and immediately surround yourself with the finest wine country has to offer. Very caring homeowners are looking for the right renters to enjoy the comforts this home and the town of Yountville have to offer.

Amazing - Extremely Comfortable home
We felt at home as soon as we arrived! The house was spotless, kitchen had everything you need for great cooking and sipping. House is exactly as pictured. Don’t miss the amazing walk /run on Yount Mill Road passing vineyard and cows grazing plus the views of the mountains (right outside your door). The hosts are both terrific! We couldn’t have asked for more. Just don’t rent it when we want to 😂.

Amazing Stay in Yountville
This is such a beautiful home in the center of Yountville. The location is amazing, wonderful restaurants are easy walkable distances. Home is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Communication with Host- Jace was easy and very quick responses. We definitely hope to stay here again!

We had the most wonderful stay in Yountville! The house is beautiful, clean and well-equipped with everything that we needed. The hosts were so communicative and accommodating. Perfect for adults as well as families. Exceptional walkability to local restaurants, parks etc. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to the Napa area.

Beautifully appointed home, recently refurbished. Gracious owners who responded to the occasional question quickly. Perfect enclosed backyard with high quality furniture, grill and hot tub. Walking distance to all of Yountville's attractions.
