"Great location: City Hall subway station is basically just behind the hotel; K Airport Limousine bus stop is also there; walkable to Namdaemun (10 mins) and Myeongdong (15-20 mins); convenience stores, bakeries, cafes and restaurants on nearby streets. Facilities & Staff: Really spacious rooms for our extended stay and suites were perfect layout for families; complimentary bottled water every day; super friendly and helpful staff; easy to use washer and dryer; secured elevator access for guests. Minuses: Refrigerators in rooms were not very cold; no hand sanitizer in fitness room; being in an "office" area (lots of banks etc around), some of the restaurants immediately near the hotel do close early or are closed on certain days. Overall would definitely stay here again for the amenities and location! "

"I am a solo traveler from Texas. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, for 14 days in 2022 and 16 days just 2 weeks ago. This is by far one of my favorite hotels in Seoul. The staff knows enough English to be helpful, even with taxi info. There’s cleaning service every single day if you need it. Restaurant and gym on the property. Corner store and starbucks right downstairs and everything you can think to eat across the street. The distance might be farther away from the usual tourist sites, but there’s a subway right around the corner. An easy card only laundry mate less than 5 min away. 10/10 experience every time and I can’t wait to come back. "

"The property is in a great location that is just across the road from the Myeongdong night market which makes it very convenient but gives you some respite from the business. The rooms are very comfortable but what sets the Westin apart is the service. Everyone is so kind and helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I will be sure to be back whenever I am in Seoul. "
