Convenient location - walkable to many areas and close to multiple underground stations, clean room and helpful staff. Mattress a bit soft but overall very pleased with my stay here.

Wonderful stay. Super close to a shopping strip and to two palaces (Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung), plus close to the Anguk subway station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast, though pricey, was a safe place for us to get a good meal in before starting the day. Jogyesa Temple right across the street, though we didn't manage to visit during our 10-day stay. I recommend this hotel.

I like the hotel’s proximity to bus stops and metro station. Also, the hotel isn’t too far from major attractions. However, Insadong tends to be quiet at night, so late night snacks would normally resort to convenient stores.
