Tv remote didn’t work for the tv. And the cable was unplugged when we arrived. Just 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal but would have for sure been nice to have.

We requested a closer room to elevators and got not to far. Bed is really comfortable and bedding cozy. Loved the table and chairs and the little sink and counter in room. Would of gave a 5 star but the nice machine was broken so we had to go down one floor . Would return.

I did not like the fact that through your service I was supposed to pay upon arrival and they charged my card ealy in the morning stating they wanted to make sure I was able to pay for the room, shower, tv remote and over all condition was far less than expected for price

Dining was closed and nothing is near. The best advice they could give is "there might be a restaurant open down the street". Not gamble worth exploring.

Bit disappointing - we came in from travelling all day with our toddler. The staff at the desk did not greet us or make eye contact. When they did speak they were not pleasant or smiling. When I asked for a crib or playpen they looked at me like I was speaking a different language. I had to ask another staff, whose response was “uhhh I don’t know if we have those”. This is a best western - isn’t something like that standard? Turns out they had none available. Not the end of the world, but they were so rude about it all. Really made a bad impression. The room was clean though and somewhat new. The heater was the noisiest thing I’ve ever heard though and it kept me awake. An old standalone heater with the temp control right on it, rather than the thermostat on the wall I kept trying to adjust. We didn’t get a chance to test the amenities since we were just staying the night before driving home, but I don’t know that I’d go there again.

They told me they had an airport shuttle and they were only a few minutes away. I called when I deplaned and they told me it was on its way. It never arrived. I kept calling and they told me it had been dispatched but still no sign of it. Finally they told me to take a taxi and they would pay. Not impressed and I was embarrassed to make the taxi go a short distance from the airport rather than get a more lucrative fare. The front desk staff were very friendly and apologetic but there’s no excuse for the poor transport system and the unconscionable wait in the bitter Winnipeg cold.

The Property seems to be dated with lifts under maintenance and smelling carpets. Rooms are spacious but i would prefer something better next time in town. Won’t be staying in this hotel for sure.
