Diana at front desk and our waitress at breakfast were both very friendly and professional. Housekeeping did a very thorough job cleaning our room and maintaining it throughout our stay. Only negative, for safety reasons, was we tried to reach the Front Desk, Guest Services and Operator on two different occasions and no one picked up our call. On another occasion, Housekeeping picked up in the second ring.

I expected a little bit more based on the reviews. The hotel is quite old and could definitely use an update. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, but very bare bones otherwise.

Despite of request for a preferred room, we were given the room that we don’t really like. I even called ahead of time. Also, is it because it was booked at Expedia and not at the hotel? We were given the left over room. We notified them for late check in, but did not expect the room they gave us.

I didn't ask for a disabled person room. It smelled like urine. I was given a different room at an extra cost, but given a disabled person room again on Saturday. The front desk staff said it was Expedia's fault I was given the kind of room.
