Excellent. This hotel is completely transforming. Staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. Cleaning staff are terrific and highly recommended for business travellers and extended stays.
Lots of noise heard from hallway all night long. One outlet did not work so I moved the coffee pot to nightstand to make coffee. One lamp was missing a lightbulb. Was not the same place I stayed in 12 years ago. Still ok for a single dude going to an event at the life center. Clean and friendly staff.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The property was once obviously grand but half the outlets didn’t work; there were holes in the walls where fixtures had been removed; the elevator was the most aggressive about closing I’ve ever been in
I travel a lot for business and often spend a week or two in the city at a time. I really like the Marlborough because it is affordable and I save by staying here as opposed to a more overpriced place. Lots of people criticize it but the new ownership and management are doing a tremendous job and it really shows. Terrific food at the historic restaurant and check for their Indian Buffet days, which is really good.
EXCELLENT! This hotel is under new management and it shows. The Marlborough is a classic, historic space and it's great to see it coming back to life. Staff are friendly, and the rooms are perfect for business travellers.
