"Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It's an industrial design if you are into that sort of thing. However, I am only concerned with cleanliness, area safety, and comfort when it comes to a place I'm spending the night. The place lobby was clean as well as the room. The unit I rented was stocked with plates, silverware, cups, etc as it has a full kitchen. The washer\dryer combo was a plus and one of the reasons I selected this unit and they included a few washer pods which was greatly appreciated. The bed was to my liking as well as the pillows which I usually find lacking at hotels. I know pillows are a personal preference thing, however it made my stay that much better. Accessing the building was a breeze. When I was looking into renting the unit I tried researching the area in which it was located to ensure it was a safe neighborhood, however I couldn't find anything concrete so I took a gamble since it is located within the Chicago Downtown Loop. I can confirm that it is indeed a very safe neighborhood. I would go out to get something to eat at 1am in the morning without any concern. The building is located right next to a Dunkin Doughnuts and a dinner, Lou Mitchell's, so getting breakfast or a quick bite was extremely convenient. Also, it is practically across the street from Union Station and the Blue Line train so getting here from O'Hare Airport was really easy."

"Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful. Location was great - convenient to the show I was attending at the Cobra Lounge and to a pretty decent variety of decent looking food options. Don’t miss the Hubbard St viaducts on your morning walk."

"I left a message about an hour before check-in as to the parking conditions. They did not call me back. They left a text, which is impossible to read while you’re driving in Chicago. I arrived to see scaffolding up in front of the building and several large males loitering around the front door. It immediately had me concerned because I am a single white female. I contacted somebody twice about parking. She assured me there was parking but after driving around and around and around for 45 minutes I gave up and just drove home. I’m very disappointed."
