"This property is so far the best that I have stayed at. The entire home was super clean. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our hosts, Alice and Jackie were very friendly and welcoming. They prepared a delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. They supplied everything that we would possibly need for our stay, including snacks in the common living room area. I will definitely return here when we visit Niagara Falls again."

"We had a lovely stay at Butterfly Manor. The whole place was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a beautiful family room which was very spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were such nice people really helpful, attentive and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The area around the hotel is a bit of an eyesore, and there was a slight lingering smell in the hallways, though the room was fine. Huge, clean and modern rooms, very nice. Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it)."

"I LOVE staying at these places! They are amazing for traveljng w a baby/toddler...I can put him to bed and go to the other room to watch TV without waking him. Love the kitchen area too. This particular location I wish had more within walking distance in terms of food/coffee but lots just a short drive away. My only complaint (and for the pri e I dont expect it to be perfect!) is that it took forever for the hot water to come for a hot shower."
