"Well maintained. I love the breakfast"

"When we checked in - I assume that this was the last room available as I let them know it was my birthday but they weren’t able to accommodate anything better. The person at the front desk was not friendly nor was she helpful. One we got into the room, we had a view of a wall with a ladder. We weren’t able to use our phones as we had no reception in the room. The fan in the room was blowing cold air so we set it to heat hoping that the room would warm up, the temperature just kept dropping. We called maintenance to have them come up and fix it. We left the room for a couple of hours, when we got back there was a not saying that the room only had air conditioning. We went down and no solution was offered. We up having to check out and drive home at 1am. We had done wine tastings during the day, this was not safe but given that they didn’t offer any accommodation or even a heater we had no choice. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before and it seems like the staff is all new and the customer service at the front desk is lacking. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience, I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel."

"Water park was amazing. Kids loved it. Restaurants were very good. All common areas were very nice. The rooms need updating. Washroom was small and cramped. Beds were not very comfortable. It was clean but some upgrades needed."

"Gorgeous newly renovated suite, the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in! Took advantage of a reduced rate upgrade to a full view of the falls and it was spectacular! Comfy beds and pillows led to the best sleep ever… we even bought the pillows!! Loved the Nespresso machine for that first cup 😄☕️The staff is warm and professional, and dinner at STK was exceptional, although more expensive than we’d normally go for dinner it was a special occasion and really enjoyed the food quality, staff and atmosphere. Overall a great experience 10/10 highly recommend!"
