"The one thing I want to express most about this property is that the family who owns it makes you feel like you are a part of their family. Even if I were just passing through Niagara Falls again without staying there, I would drop in just to say hello. They are outstanding people."

"The microwave was too dirty. The place smells like indian food and it makes our clothes smell like food. There are charges if we dont bring the trash bags outside. So we have to bring it with us in the car and throw it somewhere else. There is no temperature control which makes us really cold the entire stay. "

"It is a private house. Very very hard to locate in the middle of cold night with not even a single light. Bed is worst than ikea. Switches are non existent. Wifi is very spotty and slow. "

Definitely deserves its high rating overall, would return (though I'd like for them to identify what the smell in the hallways was and deal with it)."

"I LOVE staying at these places! They are amazing for traveljng w a baby/toddler...I can put him to bed and go to the other room to watch TV without waking him. Love the kitchen area too. This particular location I wish had more within walking distance in terms of food/coffee but lots just a short drive away. My only complaint (and for the pri e I dont expect it to be perfect!) is that it took forever for the hot water to come for a hot shower."
