"The hot tub was fine. The continental breakfast was like going to a zoo. Found it very unacceptable that adults as well as children were down there in their pajamas and no shoes on. That's unacceptable in a food health environment safety wise. Coming from the pool people without shoes bare feet health and safety wise again. Children playing in the hallways with balls at ungodly hours unacceptable I won't be spending any more time in this hotel"

"Visit was stressful from start to finish. Cars all over the place, on site parking $70! Only 2 elevators working - we waited over 10min each time only to have to cram in with 20 other people. Walking up and down the stairs became the better option. Free breakfast was not great. Construction noise and debris everywhere. I felt bad for the staff that tried their best and just looked at the guests with pity and helplessness. "

"The building had a hot water issue while we stayed. The hot water was shut off for the whole building for half the day, and when it came back on the water was a deep dark red color from rust, and it took 2 hours of running the water for it to return to clear. Completely ruined our evening as we couldn't shower or have a bath to get ready for our dinner reservation. The maintenance people we talked to said it happens every month, so they clearly know it is an issue and do nothing to address it. This affected the whole north tower. We complained at checkout and they gave us $75 back, which is way too little for the inconvenience this caused at such a high end hotel. Will never be going back here again."

"The room i had was clean no bugs the jet tub was great and water was hot. The pool and hot tub were good hot tub could have been a bit warmer and some of the jets didnt work but. The staff were amazing and answered all my questions. "

"Everything was good. Older hotel but renovated and modern. Staff were all helpful and nice! Has Starbucks and milestones inside. Quick 5-8 min uber ride to Clifton Hill. Hallway overlooks falls. Showers were updated. Beds were insanely comfortable. The blackout curtains in our room were damaged so they were visibly allowing light in in the damaged area and looked junky on one side due to the damage but other than that everything seemed great. Parking was $50/day. Enjoyed the stay overall. "
