"Everything was excellent in our second room. Our first room was next to the renovation area, could smell and taste the dry wall dust. We were upgraded to a better suite on another floor, very pleased. Great location, right by the gondola and in the village."

"It was okay but probably wouldn't stay here again. $25/night for parking is pretty annoying and the bed was just okay. The bed in the pullout couch was awful. Room is advertised as sleeping 4 so I expected better - could even give a mattress topper or something so you don't feel every spring on there. Location was far from the village, there's a shuttle but didn't work for our schedule. Pool/hot tub was the best part."

"Overall great stay, front desk staff were very friendly! The only disappointment was that we deliberately changed to this hotel when we saw that the weather would be chilly and rainy because the room had a fireplace. Once we arrived and were unable to turn it on we were told they had been turned off for the season. If this is the case, room listings should be updated for clarity."
