"All was good except my room had smelled like someone heated fish in the microwave. It remained smelly my entire stay and they were fully booked with no spare room. I sprayed air freshener and had the windows open the entire time- did not work. There should be a rule- no cooking or heating up fish in the rooms. They did comp my parking which was a nice gesture and appreciated. "

"I love how they had a couch cover set up for our dog. We only allow our dog going on couches when there is a waterproof blanket on it for the reason of keeping the couch clean. Even though we did not let the dog be on the couch in the hotel, we did appreciate this kind efforts in keeping room nice and clean. "

"My stay at this establishment was exceptionally pleasant. The front desk staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and assistance, while the cleaning staff on our floor were equally accommodating. The property is immaculately clean and exudes a cozy ambiance. I am confident in my decision to return for future stays when I am back in Whistler. "

"Can't beat location. Only bad reviews were from people not realizing that this basically is a hostel. I enjoyed my stay and had 0 issues. Just know what you are getting into. "

"Avoid staying here at all cost. It is easily the worse hotels in Whistler that I stayed at - and I’ve stayed in hostels there! From the pile of garbage that greets you in the parking garage, to the dilapidated doors and hallways that Lead to the front desk/ the entire way in just gets worse. The front desk clerk was rude and appears as though they could care less about anything and especially you. I wrote them at check it and they have yet to respond. The room is beyond terrible and we payed for the king and double twin. It has not been upgraded since maybe the 1980s? Broken light switches, rust and mold in the bathroom, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a tarp keeping rain out on the roof, I could go on and on. What is that smell in the hallway? To top it off - the beds have not been replaced in what I am guessing is more than ten years. There is literally a divot in the mattress where people sleep and springs to greet your back in the bottom. It is truly shocking how bad of an experience this was for an $800 per night room. I hope this review and pictures help our people in finding anywhere else to stay."
