Great spot
Great location with easy walking access to downtown on the dedicated pedestrian and bike lanes and to the Songhees path along the water. Plenty of space for 4 of us (3 adults, 1 teen), and pretty quiet building.

Fantastic apartment walkable to downtown
This condo was so clean and cozy with a sweet view from one window to inner harbor. Surprisingly roomy with three bedrooms in an efficient clutter-free configuration. We were able to make a pleasant walk across the bridge to downtown Victoria, which was so convenient for our short stay. The back balcony looks onto a lovely courtyard — we saw a big owl in a tree the first night. Look forward to staying here again!

We stayed here for the RVM and it was a great location - not too long of a walk into downtown but nice to be in a quieter area. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well stocked - we loved it!

Great place for walking downtown Victoria
We enjoyed this property! The building is tucked into a quiet little nook compared to the bustle of downtown. Loved that it was an easy & quick walk to the harbor & downtown restaurants and shopping. Also, the water taxi stand is steps away from the apartment for an easy ride to the other side of the harbor. The apartment was great. Plenty of space. A well stocked kitchen & washrooms - full-size kitchen/cleaning supplies & toiletry items. One does not typically see this! When we entered the apartment, gentle music was playing. Nice touch! Everything we needed & then some. Thanks Tim (and Owen)!

“The condo was extremely clean and so close to almost anything you wanted to do. Enjoyed our stay immensely.” guest 1 Location is convenient to the wharf, restaurants, and shops. Lots of security apparent especially when parking. guest 2 Check-in was kind of confusing, but once we figured it out, everything went smooth. Enjoyed being able to walk to nice restaurants, Beautiful place spotless.

Great condo
Had a great stay here for our brief visit to Victoria. The owner was very responsive to any queries and gave us excellent instructions for accessing the condo. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. The condo was in a very quiet block away from traffic but was just a short walk to downtown Victoria.
