Age Requirement: Our policy requires the guest making the reservation to be at least 22 years old in order to book.

Cancellation: By confirming this booking, guests agree to our cancellation policy. If you are concerned you may need to cancel outside of the policy, we suggest guests acquire travel insurance to assist in mitigating any losses.

Check-in: We provide self-check-in with a standard check-in window of 4:00 - 7:00 pm. We ask that guests arriving past the standard window carefully read their check-in instructions and reach out with any questions prior to their arrival. Moreover, we kindly ask that guests arriving in the evening are mindful to keep noise to a minimum.

Occupancy: Our policy permits only the number of guests booked initially to occupy the suite. No Pets. Children Welcome.

Victoria Stay
Condo was a good size for us as a couple. The den allowed me desk space to set up my computer. The half bath was a real bonus. The place was very clean and well stocked. Property managers where very quick to respond when the dish washer failed. The one area that i would criticize is the lighting maintenance. Many pot-lights and lamps where not working and I addressed it with the managers but did not hear back from on this matter. This condo was situated in close proximity to the Inner Harbour. Being this close to downtown on a main thorough-fare does bring with it a certain level of noise. People need to be aware of this when booking.

Great unit in a new, clean, secure building. All amenities you would expect, great kitchen. Amazing sunset location! Not a pure ocean view, but nice to look at the beautiful Fairmont Empress. However not a fan of the more popular VRBO extra step to obtain keys from yet another location, and another fee$.

Excellent All Around
The property is exactly as promoted. Very clean and a great location. The underground parking could not be better for a downtown condo. Surrounded by restaurants and steps away from the inner harbour and Beacon Hill Park. We did not do any cooking; however, the condo is fully equipped. We did morning coffee and everything was there to get us started. Plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher soap and toilet paper. These are basics in our world of travel but not all condos are created equal. We highly recommend staying here and when we get back to Victoria we will for sure be trying to stay here.
