It's family-owned and operated and they are all very nice as well. But it is an older establishment consisting of bungalow-style accommodation with 3-4 rooms to a unit, with numerous units across the property. The walls are paper-thin, we could hear people partying next door til 3 in the morning and the noise from the Pat Bay Highway was constant.
Our room had two queen beds separated by a 3/4 wall so that was a nice touch, but there weren't enough outlets, and there are lots of extension cords doing double duty. There was a small table and two chairs but almost impossible to sit around for lack of space.
A major drawback was the absence of any closets or dressers, just a few hooks on the wall beside the impossibly tiny shower. It made for a good story at the event I'd come to town for, but I wouldn't stay there again.
