Good hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The service was very good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. It was a little noisy, but that’s understandable since the hotel is located downtown. Overall, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Let’s be real, it’s a dive, but it served it’s purpose and the staff are lovely.
Central location. Secured parking. Helpful staff. Room furnishings are tired.

It’s an older hotel the location was close enough to the wharf to walk. Was there overnight for a medical appointment. Thecstsff was very accommodating and helpful.
The staff was very nice and helpfull, other guest were very quiet. The building is poorly maintained and dirty. The location was very noisy and sketchy (lot's of drug addicts around the area) but convenient ( restaurant and grocery stores very close and china town 2 blocks away).
Good for a place to stay with no frills, beds were super comfy, lots of pillows, kind staff. In need of upgrades in the bathrooms but all around no real complaints for a nice bed and a warm shower kinda place.

The rooms could use update and someone actually cleaning properly.
The homeless shelter is next door. Honestly though it wasn’t a big deal. They have security walking around and car garage is locked down.
Way too much furniture in room. Take out some to make room to actually move around.
For the price it’s good we didn’t have a problem.

It was okay stay. Room has enough room even with two beds. It’s an old building so bathroom and door have stains. With the price we paid it was okay. I messaged the inn via Expedia message as well as sent an email however they never answered. I guess better call them.

They had our room ready early so we were able to check in early. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, but for the value it was fine for a couple nights.
We stayed at this hotel on our way into Vancouver island and then again on our way back. It is very reasonable priced, has good parking on site, is well maintained and easy to find near China Town. This time we were in a different room . It can be a bit noisy since it is on Highway 1 and on a corner. The room was very comfortable and the furniture a bit strange - two overstuffed chairs with small tables and some strange lampshades. The big bath has a two person jetted sub with a handheld shower. We didn't use it but it was noteworthy. We were overall glad for both stays and would certainly stay there again.
Great location!! Dated looking hotel. But everything worked well and had all the essentials- plenty of plug ins, coffee machine, hair dryer, fridge tv & microwave (although I didn’t use the last 2).
King size bed with lots of pillows.
Old style AC but worked well. Quiet while I stayed there. I would stay again.
Rooms and balcony were clean and smells fresh, bed and pillows are clean, staff at the reception explains everything, everything is nearby and easy to access, kids friendly
Location very good, 3 blocks from China Town,.
Free parking, But, the room and bathroom and bed not good at all. Need renovation the whole room. Will not recommend to any one.

A convenient location with a reasonable price is not a lot of maintenance, but it is a two-star.
