Was a convenient location. Kids loved the pool but it was a bit cold. Hotel was not very sound oroof and we heard stomping upstairs constantly.

Very clean and affordable accommodation in downtown Victoria. This place should consider teaming up with a bicycle rental company. That would make everything within reach for Victoria. This City is set up for cyclists 🚴

This hotel is older and has been partially renovated. The rooms are clean and in good condition, but are of an older style and could use additional updating. The hotel itself has more amenities than you would expect in newer hotels of the same price point: a pool, sauna, exercise room, a bar/restaurant, and a separate breakfast restaurant. The menu at the breakfast restaurant was small, but the food was good. The hotel was also pet friendly and there was an off leash dog park across the road. The neighborhood is mixed with a lot of old hotels, and new construction overall it is gentrifying, but still a little rough.

Average hotel room, clean, with all you expect. I appreciated the floor is not carpet. The music band at the bar of the hotel stopped playing around 10 PM and it was quiet afterwards. Note: Expedia sold me a room with an extra sofa bed, which was not available, so the staff gave us a room with two double beds instead.

i had room 111, the last room in the hotel for a night the room was poorly appointed with a chair and reading lamp at the far end of an otherwise half empty room no ceiling lights, but a few moths, & at least one tiny red spider i could almost touch the poorly repaired ceiling with my elbow i’ve had far better value for far less than $169 net

Value of staying nowadays is definitely deteriorating as if you stay only for 2 nights there is no room service or breakfast included and yet room rates keep rising. It is very disappointing.

The prices in Victoria on the weekend are WAY too expensive. It’s nearly travel prohibitive. So when the WiFi didn’t work it was a real let down. The property luckily gave me a little break for this. Good location, quiet and clean, nice staff. I’d stay there again if the price was less

The room had a bunch of issues, the fridge was turned to 0 and I didn't notice until the morning when I opened a warm refrigerator full of food. The coffee was not the same as the one advertised. One burner on the stove wasn't working. The beds, location, and service were good and the live band at the pub on site was nice.
