« Fabulous hotel ! The service was impeccable. They went over and beyond to help their customers. We were very impressed with the staff’s hospitality. The concierge desk did a great job recommending and booking excursions. The breakfast buffet had many options and made with fresh local produce. The lobby had a lounge vibe to it. The roof top bar had gorgeous views of the harbour and the city. The room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable! We highly recommend this hotel. »

« Très bon séjour, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir une chambre plus grande que prévu, avec un petit balcon donnant sur l’arrière de l’hôtel. Literie impeccable , pas de bruit venant des voisins étant donné que notre chambre était au bout du couloir. Il faut donner un horaire pour aller petit déjeuner, il y a beaucoup de choix et il y en a assez pour tout le monde. Le seul bémol serait le parking, un peu petit au vue de la capacité de l’hôtel. »

"Hôtel hors de prix compte tenu des elements suivants : Chambre minuscule. Pas de service. Petit-déjeuner buffet insipide et identique tous les jours, pas digne d’un 4 etoiles. Douche et lavabo cassés sans même une cabine fermée. Seulement 3 ascenseurs eu egard au nombre de chambres. Donc si vous avez le malheur de tomber avec l’un des nombreux groupes, l’attente est longue. Le nettoyage de la chambre n’a été fait qu’à moitié (pas de reassort du café...)."

"La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, et le repas correct. Le personnel, dans son ensemble, s’est montré aimable et professionnel. En revanche, nous avons été extrêmement déçus par l’attitude de la jeune femme en charge de la nuit. Son comportement a été irrespectueux et dédaigneux le soir et le matin : elle a ri à nos remarques et n’a commencé à parler français qu’en fin de discussion, alors qu’elle savait depuis le départ que nous étions francophones. Cette attitude inacceptable a entaché la fin de notre séjour et laisse un souvenir amer, ce qui est vraiment regrettable compte tenu de la qualité de l’établissement et de l’amabilité du reste du personnel."
