What we liked about Kasa - rooms were amazing, so beautifully decorated lots of closet space kitchen was very well equipped, don't know what went wrong with the ice maker but the kitchen staff made up for it. The staff was great our server Eleazar was the best! breakfast every morning included eggs, bread of all sorts, fresh fruit,coffee. Julio at the front desk was pretty awesome and we felt we had a personal security guard Ricardo, always asked us if all was good helped us with our shopping bags. Last but not least our housekeeper Basilica she changed our linen daily and made little designs with the towels almost every day :) We enjoyed our stay we will be back!

Kasa Perota is basically a condo hotel by design. Besides the pool area there are not other areas to hang out. Staff lacks of training in customer service and treat you with total indifference. The place is extremely hard to find in the horrible place called Aldea Zama which is in total neglect by the developers,, the place is very hard to find if you are driving in a rental car. The rooms are way too small that there is no space for a chair. The AC is located on top of the wall facing the bed.. so it blows cold air straight to your face. In short, disapointing by the hard to find remote location and construction all over the “ Aldea”

Kasa was an amazing experience. We got an upgrade from the room we booked and a welcome drink. It was a VIP experience and will def. visit again!
