We found this hotel in Testaccio looking to stay a little outside the touristy area of Rome. We couldn’t have been happier. The hotel was 5 metro stops from the train station if you take the express train from the airport. But consider taking the regional train 8 stops and walking. The location is more residential but situated amongst many restaurants, shops and a great market next door.
The hotel is a second floor with an elevator if needed. Breakfast options are available but we didn’t...

Exceptional property. If I could give them six stars, I would do it. The property is beautiful and very well located near to several attractions. But what makes this place truly special is its staff. They know how to make their guests feel welcome. I had a terrible day returning from Venice, where my passport was stolen, and our speed train was delayed by 4 hours. I missed my birthday dinner reservation I had made weeks in advance at their Ambrosia Restaurant. The staff was empathetic and...

Most bookings on Expedia are refundable if canceled within 24-48 hours of arrival, though this depends on the hotel's individual cancellation policy, which you should check in your booking confirmation. If free cancellation is available, you can cancel directly through your Expedia account by going to "My Trips" and selecting your reservation. To find fully refundable hotel options, simply enter “Testaccio Market”, set your travel dates, and use the “Fully refundable” filter under “Deals & Discounts” on the results page. Alternatively, explore deals with free cancellation options on Expedia.
