Didn’t like the fact our room didn’t have a do not disturb sign so thank God we had the lock above the door on our the room cleaning people would have walk in on us 😑 they did open the door and my husband shouted out hello and the close the door and left.. other than that we enjoyed our time thanks

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and the shower was lukewarm all three times. I complained to the front desk and was offered no apology. Instead, all I was told was that, “When it gets busy we often run out of hot water”. Unacceptable.

The staff seemed warm and accommodating. The second night was ruined, however, when about 1:30 am, the room next to ours had some guests who decided to party for the next couple of hours. I could have called the desk, but this involved at least 6 guests in that room who were younger and looked to be ready for a fight. Luckily my wife had some earplugs. Were it not for that incident, it would have been a pleasant stay.

The only thing I was unhappy with was that no bottled water was provided and the ice bucket was wet and had no plastic bag inserts. I don’t like to drink tap water in a hotel and I didn’t find any cups for water but did find coffee cups the next morning.

The Woman at the front desk was tremendously helpful and kind to me and my wife who was feeling a bit ill. She helped us to check in early and was very generous with everything. I highly recommend this place and know that people judge a place primarily by the persons with which they interact. Hampton Inn gets perfect marks from these happy travelers.

A few things were unsettling about this hotel: we had to frequently call the front desk for items that should have been in the room: soap, towels. The pool was dirty and the hot tub unusable. One of our keys didn’t work after the first day. The smoke detector had been left exposed on the wall, with wires hanging out. When service came in, they only emptied the bathroom trash and never touched the other parts of the room. We expected more from the Hampton name.

I wish that the two vacate fenced lands would be developed; a dog park; many guest were out walking their dogs. The tub in our room needs to be updated; ageing is evident.

I have a rash all over my body in different areas.. i truly hope its not bed bugs. Used a blanket that looked clean in the Closet inside a plastic bag. Rm 339.. so upset I paid extra for what what seemed an updadated room with Red comfy chairs and i did not get that. I got an outdated room.

Booked through Expedia for a king sized bed with an in room whirlpool tub. When we checked in we were given a queen bed with no whirlpool tub. When we called the front desk they said that the room we booked was out of service due to the whirlpool tub not working and that if we wanted a reduction in price we’d have to ask the third party which is Expedia. We contacted Expedia the next day after check in and the rep explained that per policy, they were unable to reduce the price because we didn’t contact them during the time of check in. So no one at that point could help us, so as the customer we had to just eat the cost. Other things that we were not impressed by were the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hair in the bathtub. Also, we had picked this particular hotel because of the outdoor jacuzzi in the pool area. When we arrived, the jacuzzi was roped off as it was out of order. Also, there was no bar soap for the sink in our room and no body wash. We did not think to bring our own as from our previous experiences staying at hotels, these things are provided. When we asked the front desk, they said they ran out of body wash and bar soap because they had not received their shipment. And one more thing. We laid down to take a nap the first night and from our experience again at other hotels we did not internally lock the door as we did not expect anyone to open the door and come in. Someone had opened the door with a key card. Overall, our experience was pretty poor.

The front desk was absolutely amazing i wish I could remember her name that checked me in last night around at 1000 but she was such a sweetheart had a very kind and caring personality. I will definitely return to the Hampton Inn because of her. The room was a little dated but comfortable.
