"The best features was the location on the beach and we had a balcony over looking the beach. The other positive was the proximity to the Coconut Market- walking distance to shops and restaurants. However it was not well lit at night so it could be hazardous walking. More lights are definitely needed. Our unit was also in need of an upgrade. The staff was helpful but they are not always available at the front desk."

This ground floor was easy to get to. The lanai over looks the ocean and you can sit there and watch the surfers. The unit doesn't have AC but there is always a breeze. Across the street is a fabulous bakery. It is a convenient location and easy to get to anywhere."

It was just 10-12 minutes to the airport.During the aftermath of Hurricane Lowell, the owner graciously allowed us to remain in the unit past our normal check out time when the airline unexpectedly cancelled/rebooked our flight. In addition, he did not charge us anything for the extra time we were in the unit."
