Decent venue. It is in need of heavy maintenance & starting to show its age. Pool plaster is missing in places. Flagstone driveway is loose & missing pieces (a hazard). As these are condos it would have been helpful to know what is & is not supplied. While it wasn't a huge deal to go buy salt & pepper, we could have planned for it had we known. But we also needed, filter for the coffee maker, laundry detergent. I could go on but you get the idea. Generally a nice place. Was it worth $1800 a week more than the place less than a mile a way we normally stay. Probably not.

If you stay here make sure you are charged all fees when you check in. This hotel claims to have switched billing systems and charged my card almost two months after check out for their resort fee. I called to ask why I was charged so late without any notice and was told it was “an oversight.” No refund was made. I will not be staying here again. Make sure you get charged upfront so you don’t get any fun surprises 2 months later.

The lobby, grounds, swimming area, lazy river, and hot tubs were well maintained we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent in that area. The staff assigned to that area over all was pleasant and easy to get along with. The condo's we had (plural) because we had to switch for room D210 to D302 due to a totally unacceptable mattress on the bed, although very clean and spacious seemed to be equipped with cheap appliances and of course old worn out mattress. (condo D302s mattress was barely better then D210s) The dryers in both units took multiple times to dry even small loads, which in effect costs the owner as it is our understanding they pay for electricity. There was a seal broke on the freezer causing it to drip and build up ice in D210 (the office said that was the first they had heard of that ??? don't they inspect between guest). Airconditioning units in both rooms was poor to say the least, it seems it would safe you the owner in the long run to put better units in, your paying A LOT in electricity. Maintenance (Don) was super friendly & knowledgeable when he came to fix the dishwasher. Microwave needed fixed as well however it was our last day so we waived it off, hopefully it was worked on before the next guest arrived.

What we liked was the spacious and comfortable suite with great ocean view. What I didn’t like was the noise and smell from the kitchen for the oasis restaurant. It was right in front of our lanai.

Resort was super clean. They have a huge pool that our kids loved. Only thing I would ask for them to improve are the mattresses, they were not comfortable at all.. 😟
