Ive stayed at this property many times, its clean, quiet and next to the few black sand beaches with fishing and diving a short walk or drive away. Peaceful country retreat. Just stop by a grocery store and stock up and you'll enjoy your stay. Naalehu and Pahala is close by for gas and supplies. Enjoy your Stay...

We stayed at 3 different resorts/bnb's and this was our favorite! The location is great for exploring volcano NP and South Point. The one bedroom suite was so spacious with a large kitchen/living room, and comfortable beds. Just make sure to do your grocery shopping ahead of time as there are not many options nearby!

I absolutely loved everything about this property from check in to check out! The two beautiful women at the front desk were friendly, helpful and super nice and wonderful personalities!! My wife and I loved this spot. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the unit was very clean and well maintained. The view of the Ocean was excellent and the grounds were beautiful as well! This place is a great place to get away from the busyness of Kona and Hilo. I very rarely write reviews but this place impressed me!

Clean and comfortable rooms- not luxury but the whole place is very well maintained. Loved the full size Murphy bed which is way more comfortable than a fold out couch. Note the website says it is a Twin. It is next to a defunct golf course. Personally I greatly prefer the more natural look of the long waving grass and palm trees. Very quiet and secluded, bring your dinner with you. Phenomenal hot tub with view of the ocean.

Spacious and Quiet!

Fantastic place with Ocean views, walk to the beach, gorgeous pool and hot tub. Staff is friendly and informative. This is our second time staying, it’s so quiet and spacious!
