Everything about Turtle Bay was beautiful! The view from our room was amazing and we could see whales from our balcony! The beach was clean and I could spend hours down there under an umbrella. The warm welcome with fresh leis when we arrived was the best way to start our vacation. The food we ordered or ate at the restaurants was delicious! This is definitely the place to come to relax and enjoy the beauty of Oahu’s north shore.

We really enjoyed Turtle Bay. The facility was amazing. The views were great, and our kids enjoyed the resort pool. The rooms were really nice and spacious, and the overall vibe and atmosphere of the resort was very relaxing.

The property is beautiful the staff is wonderful from the front desk, most of the valets, the cleaning crew, the restaurant staff and the ocean club. Our room was beautiful we had a great view. Having said that, the dining was so limited and over priced. We were there for three weeks because my daughter lives nearby and would never do that again. There were masses of children in the adult areas which shouldn’t happen it was not restful at all! I love children but I felt like I had gone to Disneyland instead of a beautiful resort. Children running through the lobby and the restaurants unattended. The children were in the pool and the Jacuzzi some of them even in diapers! That was unacceptable. If there is going to be that many children in a concentrated area they need to have their own designated space, not running rampant through the resort. Especially a resort that’s charging the massive prices that they do! The breakfast buffet is almost $60 which is ridiculous, and then the continental breakfast is 35!?!? The food was OK but not up to the standard to have those kind of prices. Beyond boring menu 😳 When we stay at a resort like that especially for an extended period of time you’d like to be able to have breakfast without being in a cattle call. Although we enjoyed our view & room during our stay we would never go back there again.

Privacy while staying at a bungalow was exceptional and recently renovated facilities are satisfying. However, if you are an asian origin, you might experience uncomfortable welcome toward you among staff members at the resort.

Beautiful updated and clean rooms. Lots of space. I loved how big the closet and bathroom were. It was nice the beds were off the bathroom and not right by where your bathroom steams up. Many free activities plus fun paid one's like mermaid school. It's peaceful. Totally laid back. Not noisy or overcrowded like Waikiki. Wish we could have stayed longer😞Very beautiful, peaceful and amazing. You can actually get a spot at the pool and it's not overcrowded. We're staying on Waikiki now and they just don't hold a candle. Too many people everywhere, loud music and rooms that have dirt and sand all over. Not thoroughly cleaned like Turtle bay. We had a two queen room with ocean view and I cannot sing their praises high enough. Stay here!!!
