The young gentleman who checked us in was unprofessional, and a bit of smarty-pants with his comments. When checking into a hotel of this caliber, that is overpriced, it is crucial to be greeted professionally and made to feel as though you are welcome and the staff is happy to have the business. The housekeepers worked very hard, I commend them. Jori

Was able to accommodate our baseball team and family. Didn't like the blood stains on the bedsheets, which were on both beds. However, the staff brought new sheets quickly, once we notified them.

Rooms extremely small. We were stepping over our 2 suitcases the whole time. The air conditioner was cheesy and antiquated. Blows air right on you when sleeping! The windows don’t open. And the pillows kinda smell like other people. The breakfast has a good vibe. Fun going down there for free food and coffee. Nice atmosphere with very nice outdoor patio as well. Good area. Good service.
