Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa

"We did not use the spa. We were looking for a place outside of Niagara Falls. This is 17 min north. The property faces the Niagara river with a great view. The walls were a bit thin and the carpeting a weird geometric that was not inviting, but the room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was standard with eggs, meats and waffles. We walked to dinner to Griffin Brewery and Gastropub which had great food and service."

"First let me say the staff is great. We had an issue and it was looked after by Darnell immediately. He’s definitely an asset to this hotel. The rooms were clean but need some upgrades but it looks like that is happening. Very much enjoyed the breakfast. Only downfall was that the Drinks at the bar are ridiculously overpriced. The shuttle is also not reliable so would probably use Uber for a flight. Overall it was an enjoyable time and would definitely stay here again"
