Was a great option for us for one night. But if you are planning on staying there and visit Montreal, keep in mind there is always lots of traffic on Samuel De Champlain bridge.

So many variety of cafe & restaurants …good close walking distance to Notre Dame Basilica. The French style restaurant downstairs was fabulous. I had a nice view of cobble streets & brick on one of the wall. Also has French style windows. The staff were so wonderful & they remembered it was my birthday. Wonderful! Beautifully appointed. Very modern European feel. The bed was sooo comfortable! Espresso machine in the lobby was a very welcome treat. Rue St. Denis is a block away, great metro access and easy 15 minute walk to Old Montreal. We used the outdoor lot across the street to unload luggage but parked at 1601 Sanguinet (we liked the security of an underground garage)
