The facilities were good, but the billing was disappointing. When I asked about a refund for checking out early, the hotel explicitly acknowledged that I had already paid in full through the booking platform. Why, then, did they charge me again after checkout? The duplicate charge was refunded only after the platform intervened. Had I not checked my bank statement, it might have gone unnoticed. I recommend checking your bank statement carefully after checkout to make sure you haven’t been charged twice.

The property is not listed as advertised. It listed 1 king size bed, 1 Queen bed and 1 double bed. But we just got 2 king size beds when we got there.

The layout was very nice and it was in a very walkable area. However, the property wasn't secure. The door was left unlocked and that was a little unsettling. The place was spacious and fit me and my family very well. However, I'd read on previous ratings that the owner doesn't answer. The owner didn't answer any of my messages prior to the trip or during. I thought that was odd. For example, it would've been helpful to know what we do with the towels when leaving or if we were required to strip the beds. Also please have someone fix the door lock, it's a little loose and janky. Other than that it was a good place

The accommodation was as described. It was clean on arrival and comfortable.
